Applications for 2027 Events at Old River Farms

Thank you for your interest in our events hosted at Old River Farms (8711 Old River Rd, Burgaw). Old River Farms is a family farm and garden center in Burgaw, complete with flower fields and other seasonal offerings!

During 2027, we’ll be hosting the following there:

• Sunday, April 18th, 12 - 4 PM: Fantasy & Farmlands Faire (a Renaissance-inspired festival)

• Saturday, May 29th, 12 - 4 PM: NC Vibe Fest

• Saturday, October 9th, 12 - 4 PM: NC Vibe Fest

Vendor fees for each event will be $60. Each vendor will be allotted a 10x10 space outdoors and will be required to bring their own tent, tables and chairs - although tents are optional. More information will be shared upon acceptance!

Please do not apply more than once! For waitlisted events, vendors will only be contacted if a space becomes available and they are removed from the waitlist.
