For your event at Waterline Brewing Company:

• Address: 721 Surry Street, Wilmington, NC

• You are welcome to arrive as early as two hours prior to the market and as late as a half hour before. Please arrive no later than a half hour before the market begins.

• Check in with us at the tent located to the left of the brewery’s side door in the parking lot, and we’ll show you to your spot.

• Vendor spaces are 10x10 and you are required to bring your own table, chairs, table cloths and anything else you may need for your set up!

• Feel free to pull into the lot to unload - and then move your car to the grass lot across the street, once you’ve unloaded.

• Tents are not required but are recommended. If you chose to use a tent, you MUST have adequate weights. Fly away tents hurt people, vendor’s products and ruin the vibe. Please avoid doing those things by utilizing proper weights :)

• Please be prepared to stay for the entire market, without packing up early. Vendors leaving early makes everyone look badly and will not be tolerated!

• Refund policy: You are able to receive a refund when you notify us at least 30 days prior to the event date/time that you’re unable to make it for any reason. If you notify us with less than 30 days prior to the event date/time, you are not guaranteed a refund. If you qualify for a refund, please allow 14 days for us to process the transaction and for it to show back in your account. Vendors who dispute payments will be unable to participate in future events.
