Applications for 2026 Events at Old River Farms

Thank you for your interest in our events hosted at Old River Farms (8711 Old River Rd, Burgaw). Old River Farms is a family farm and garden center in Burgaw, complete with flower fields and other seasonal offerings!

During 2026, we’ll be hosting our NC Vibe Fest there - a laid-back, sun-washed music festival rooted in North Carolina’s music scene, local makers, and vintage culture — all tied together through eye-catching installations and interactive decor. We’ll be hosting this event in the spring and fall, specifically on May 30th and October 10th.

Vendor fees for each event will be $50. Each vendor will be allotted a 10x10 space outdoors and will be required to bring their own tent, tables and chairs - although tents are optional. More information will be shared upon acceptance!

Please do not apply more than once! For waitlisted events, vendors will only be contacted if a space becomes available and they are removed from the waitlist.
